Shipping: Customer will be invoiced for the cost of freight. All shipping is through UPS. Expedited service is available; call Beyond Borders at 615-424-0878 for complete details. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders requested to be sent via U.S. Postal Service will have an additional $10.00 handling fee applied. FOB shipping point is Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Refused Shipments: Subject to a $30.00 restocking fee, plus cost of freight.
Damage or Short Shipments: Please inspect your shipment immediately and make any claim for credit/exchange within seven days of receipt. Claims made after seven days will not be honored.
Returned Merchandise: Merchandise returned for reasons other than damage is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Beyond Borders must be notified prior to the return. All return requests must be made within seven days of receipt.
Backorders: We strive to have all products available, and quality hand-crafted products can sometimes take extra time to produce. In the event of an out-of-stock item not being available at the time of your order ship date, we will create a backorder for any total over $75.00. Unless cancelled, backorders over $75.00 may be shipped automatically up to four months after the original invoice date. Please let us know when you place your order if you do not want to receive backorders.
