BUSINESS RULES – WHOLESALE TO TRADE ONLY

First-time Customer

Provide tax ID number with first order.
Credit card payment required.

Order Minimum

First-time order minimum is $200.00.
Reorder minimum is $150.00.

Order Fulfillment Leadtime

5-7 business days; 2-3 weeks following major gift and garden wholesale market events.

Net 30 Trade Credit Terms

Application for Net 30 credit terms is available to first-time customers with first reorder (as well as to current credit card customers). To establish credit terms, four references with contact name, full address, phone and fax numbers are required in writing. Accounts with satisfactory credit will be given a credit limit and terms of Net 30 from the date of invoice. Late accounts will be denied further credit.

Shipping

Customer will be invoiced for the cost of freight. All shipping is through UPS. Expedited service is available; call Beyond Borders at 888-959-8288 for complete details.

Orders requested to the sent via U.S. Postal Service will have an additional $10.00 handling fee applied.

FOB shipping point is Akron, Ohio.

Refused Shipments

Subject to a $30.00 restocking fee, plus cost of freight.

Damage or Short Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately and make any claim for credit / exchange within seven days of receipt. Claims made after seven days will not be honored.

Returned Merchandise

Merchandise returned for reasons other than damage is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Beyond Borders must be notified prior to the return. All return requests must be made within seven days of receipt.

Backorders

We strive to have all products available, and quality artisanal products can sometimes take extra time to produce. In the event of an out-of-stock item not being available at the time of your order ship date, we will create a backorder for any total over $75.00. Unless cancelled, backorders over $75.00 may be shipped automatically up to four months after the original invoice date. Please let us know when you place your order if you do not want to receive backorders.

Drop Ship Policy: Available only for shipments of $100.00 or more. Drop ships are not available outside the continental United States. To calculate product square inch size, find product dimensions at beyondbordersfairtrade.com.

If you wish to include a copy of your invoice with the drop shipment, please fax it to Beyond Borders at 440-822-3293; otherwise, a Beyond Borders packing slip will be included in the box.

Standard Items
For items that are each 625 square inches or less, in addition to the cost of shipping, a $15.00 handling fee will be applied.

Large Items
For items that are each greater than 625 square inches, in addition to the cost of shipping, a $25.00 packaging / handling fee will be applied for the first box. For each additional oversized box in a single drop ship order, a $10.00 packaging fee will be added per box.
